Rompetrol Rafinare higher MPTO price

In a release to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), The Rompetrol Group (TRG), the majority shareholder of Romania's listed Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC) announced that it increased the Mandatory Public Tender Offer price by 0.13% to RON 0.0751 per share following the acquisition of some 320 mn of RRC shares (representing 1.53% of the total number of shares) at RON 0.0751 on March 8.
We estimate that TRG stake in RRC reached 91.5% and it needs to acquire 3.5% more in order to delist the company.We view the news as neutral. RRC shares will resume trading today.
