SIF Oltenia to pay a dividend of RON 0.08 per share

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) has called an annual GSM for April 29 (30), 2010 and announced its intentions regarding dividend payment. The shareholders will have the possibility to vote among other issues on: (i) the approval of the 2009 financial statements and the 2010 budget and (ii) the election of a new Board member.

Moreover, SIF5 is proposing the payment of a dividend of RON 0.08 per share out of the 2009 net profit which corresponds to a pay-out ratio of 24.8%. The market might view this piece of news as negative considering that SIF5 used to have a pay-out ratio of around 40%. The ex-div. date was set for May 13, 2010.
