Albalact new CEO

In a release to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), Albalact (ALBZ) announced that starting with March 10, Mr. Traian Simion will be replaced as CEO by Mr. Raul Ciurtin, the former CEO and a member of the family that controls the company.
Mr. Simion acted as CEO since 2008. The company did not provide further details on this decision. We find the news somewhat unexpected considering that last week Mr. Simion acquired a stake of 1.66% in the company from Mr. Ciurtin. We view the news as neutral.
