Agenda for Biofarm shareholders’ meeting of April 21

The pharmaceutical producer Biofarm (BIO) called a shareholders' meeting for April 21 (22). The shareholders are asked to approve, among others, the 2009 results and the 2010 budget.
Biofarm will not pay dividends out of the 2009 profit of RON 19.6 mn as the profit will be used to cover the previous year's losses. The shareholders should also approve an investment worth EUR 7.9 mn in a production and storage industrial space, for which it intends to apply for European Funds.
