Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) announced that one of the firm's specialists, Roxana Ionescu, Head of the firm's DataProtection practice, was among the speakers to the 4th annual European Data Protection Intensive.
Data Protection Intensive is one of the most prestigious international events on data protection, an essential event for large companies doing business across Europe and their advisors. The event took place in London and was organized by DataGuidance.
Speaking to an audience of international privacy professionals and regulators, Roxana Ionescu focused her presentation on the ruling issued by the Romanian Constitutional Court on the unconstitutionality of the Data Retention Law No. 298/2008, as well as on other data protection matters resulting from the recent practice of the Romanian courts and the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.

The second day of the Intensive focused on interactive sessions with privacy experts representing each European Member State, as well as Russia, Turkey and Macedonia.
