EUROPEAN RETAIL PARK BRAILA- THE BIGGEST RETAIL PROJECT FROM BRAILA COUNTY TO OPEN AT THE END OF THIS MONTH

Bucharest, May 5th, 2008 – European Retail Park Braila, the first retail park from the county of Braila and also the most modern shopping center, with a total lettable area of approx. 44,000 sq m and a shopping galery of 14,500 lettable sq m is going to open gates, in a short period of time, at the end of May. The commercial center includes as main anchores big players on the retail market such as: do it your self operator Bricostore with 6,000 letted sq m , Media Galaxy – with 4,500 sq m, a furniture shop with 6,000 sq m, Cinema City, over 3,000 letted sq m – which will open in October and Carrefour hypermarket with a total lettable area of 11,700 sq m - already oppened in December 2007.
The total investment in the retail park is of aproximately 60 million Euro.
The retail center benefits from 1,400 parking lots.
European Retail Park Braila is located 10 minutes from the city center, at the entrance from Bucuresti – Slobozia. The acces is done through European road 577 which continues with the main city bulevard , Calea Calarasilor.
The retail park is accesible to all the inhabitants of Braila by the new dedicated public transportations routes due to whom the center will be easier to reach from every point of the city and by the connexion with the European road.
The letting process is managed exlusively by one of the world leaders in the development and letting of retail projects: Cushman & Wakefield, through its office in Romania: Cushman & Wakefield Activ Consulting. The Company’s General Manager in Romania, Razvan Gheorghe announced that over 90% from the commercial galery is rented: “Braila needs modern retail spaces. This commercial center addreses to the citizens of Braila city - over 216,000 inhabitants according to the lattest official data but also to those from Galati (a city at 20 km distance from Braila) of aproimately 300,000 inhabitants , as well as to those from neighbour county, Tulcea. Therefore European Retail Park Braila estimates an aproximated number of 1,000,000 potentional buyers.
The commercial galery of 14,500 sq m of lettable space, with aproximately 80 stores, restaurants and coffee shops benefits from a modern concept, a mall developed on a single level with two major access points.

For spending their free time the retail park offers to its visitors the services of cinema operator - Cinema City, that will open starting with October a multiplex cinema with 12 screens, the first of its kind in the county.
European Retail Park Braila will benefit from the management services offered by Cushman & Wakefield Activ Consulting, one of the few consulting companies in real estate that offers property management services on the Romanian market.
The total constructed sourface is 70,000 sq m and the land sourface is 126,000 sq m.
The investment belongs to Belgian company Bel Rom Real Estate, being the third retail park opened by them in Romania, after European Retail Park Sibiu in the fall of 2006 and European Retail Park Targu Mures, in the fall of 2007.
