Mircea Girbovan appointed COSMOTE Romania Corporate Sales Manager

COSMOTE Romania announces that Mr. Mircea Girbovan was recently appointed Corporate Sales Manager, a newly-created position within the Sales & Customer Care Division.

Mr. Girbovan reports directly to the COSMOTE Romania Sales & Customer Care Department Director, Mr. Nickolaos Choumis. His main responsibility is to coordinate the company’s direct sales force handling small to large business accounts nationwide. This year, the company aims to attract an increasing number of corporate customers through competitive and flexible communication packages, following a threefold growth of its business accounts in 2007 as compared to the previous year. Previous to joining COSMOTE, Mr. Girbovan held several managerial positions and subsequently led the sales department of Telemobil, company he joined in 2001. Mr. Girbovan began his professional career in 1994, managing several entrepreneurial ventures. Mr. Girbovan holds a BSc in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Technical University in Cluj-Napoca.
