Mazars Romania announces a series of changes in its top management team: Sorin Ganciu becomes Senior Manager; Ioana Sarbu is the new Senior Manager, Tax Advisory; Sorana Pintilie - Senior Manager, Payroll & HR Services Coordinator; Cosmin Stefanescu - Senior Manager, SCA Duncea, Stefanescu & Associates/Mazars; Mirela Berechet - Accounting Manager, Outsourcing; and Ioana Gheorghe - Manager, Tax Advisory.

	Sorin Ganciu - Senior Manager Graduate of ASE - Finance, Insurance, Banks and Exchange Markets; member of ACCA, CAFR, ANEVAR. He boasts an experience of over 8 years in financial auditing, internal audit and financial due diligence. His financial auditing expertise covers audits and reviews of financial statements prepared in accordance with Romanian GAAP, IFRS/IAS and German / Austrian GAAP. Sorin has previously worked for Brau Union (beer manufacturer) and RSM Hemmelrath (merged with Mazars in April 2007). Sorin is fluent in English and Romanian.
	Ioana Sarbu - Senior Manager, Tax Advisory Graduate of the 'Babes-Bolyai' University Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Economics; member of ACCA, CCFR, CAFR, CECCAR. Ioana has an experience of more than 8 years in the tax and accounting area (Romanian and international taxation, covering mainly corporate taxation: profit tax, withholding tax, VAT), financial auditing, financial and tax due diligence assignments, mergers and acquisitions. She has previously worked for RSM Hemmelrath (merged with Mazars in April 2007). Ioana is fluent in English & German.
	Sorana Pintilie - Senior Manager, Payroll & HR Services Coordinator Sorana holds a master's degree in Human Resources Management (Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest) and is an HR inspector certified by the Ministry of Labour. Working with Mazars since 1998, Sorana boasts an over 13-year experience in payroll computation and personnel administration, and taxation of expatriates working in Romania. As certified trainer, she elaborated and held various seminars and trainings on labour law and social contributions. Sorana is fluent in French and English.
	Cosmin Stefanescu - Senior Manager, SCA Duncea, Stefanescu & Associates / Mazars Member of the Bucharest Bar Association, Cosmin boasts an over 12-year experience in providing legal advisory services, including general corporate and labour issues, real estate transactions, due diligence assignments, restructuring operations. His main areas of expertise are Corporate & Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labour Law, Real Estate Transactions (including Due Diligence), Banking and Competition. He has previously worked for RSM Hemmelrath (merged with Mazars in April 2007). Cosmin speaks fluently English and French, and has good knowledge of Italian.
	Mirela Berechet - Accounting Manager, Outsourcing Graduate of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Studies and member of the CECCAR, she boasts an 8-year experience in accounting and advisory field for multinational companies (trade of goods, pharmaceutical services, industrial production and food production, services - tv cable distribution, IT services, construction services), such as monthly / quarterly / yearly closing process supervision; periodical and ad-hoc IFRS reports preparation and supervision; implementation projects and customization of various accounting software. She is fluent in English and has good knowledge of French.
	Ioana Gheorghe - Manager, Tax Advisory Graduated of Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems (ASE), she holds a Master degree in Business Administration. Member of CCFR and currently attending the ACCA certificate stage. Ioana has a 5-year experience in advising local and multinational companies on transfer pricing (automotive, wood and furniture, pharmaceuticals, retail, agriculture, services, aircraft industry), Romanian and international taxation. She also has an experience of more than 4 years in the accounting field. Before joining MAZARS, Ioana worked in the tax department of KPMG in Romania. She is fluent in English.
