Vitalis Consulting was appointed project manager for the new commercial center in Brasov

Vitalis Consulting, International Company specialized in Consultancy for Cost & Project Management in Construction, was appointed as Project Manager and Cost Manager for the construction of a new commercial center in Brasov - Korona Shopping and Entertainment, estimated at 150 mil Euros.
The Polish developer Echo Investment will invest approximately 300 million Euros in developing office projects and shopping centers within the next years in Romania. The first investment, announced this month within a press release held in Brasov, regards the above-mentioned commercial center, Korona Shopping and Entertainment, in Brasov.
Korona is a modern center, multifunctional- commercial and entertainment- with a total surface of 153,000 sq m. On all 4 levels will operate approximately 240 stores, the total lease area being of approximately 53,000 sq m. The commercial offer will be composed of large fashion chains, sports stores, electronic centers, services, etc. The center will be dispose of an entertainment area, composed of cinema, bowling, casino, fitness club along with coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The center will also dispose of a parking area of approximately 2,000 parking lots. Both the name of the commercial center- KORONA - and the symbol - the crown - were inspired from Brasov's history as well as from its mountain landscape.
