Eight competitors for the administration of Property Fund stock

Eight offers were sent for the administration of Property Fund, by AVIVA Global Services, BlackRock, Credit Suisse & OTP, Finag Holding GmbH, Franklin Templeton Investment, ING Invest Management, Morgan Stanley and Julius Baer, the Fund announced.
The companies which presented offers will compete for the administration of stock of 4 billion euros. "In the next period the selection commission for Property Fund will return with details, according to the legal provisions in force," the Fund press release shows.
The deadline for the presentation of offers from companies interested in administering the Property Fund was on Thursday 12 noon. The commission which received the offers has another structure as premier Emil Boc replaced on Wednesday three members and the head of the commission.
The commission is chaired by Enache Jiru, who replaced Sebastian Vladescu and the members of the commission are Galina Narcisa Oprea, Dinu Marin, Nicolae Cinteza and Bogdan Alexandru Dragoi, secretary of state in the Finance Ministry. Last year 28 companies sent letters of intention to administer the Fund.
