BSE to bring to the capital market four bonds emissions, including those from EBRD

The bonds emissions should first get the OK of the bourse's Listing Committee and Council before joining in the market, Anca Dumitru, the new interim GM of BSE told NewsIn.

The bonds issued by EBRD will be traded on BSE and on the London exchange and matures in February 2019. The coupon's rate is 11.25 percent.

Out of the municipal bonds, the emission of the County Council in Hunedoara has the highest value of 31.5 million lei and matures in 2026. The other two emissions, worth 8.5 million lei and 3.15 million lei, belong to the City Halls in Alba Iulia and Baile Herculane and mature in 2015 and respectively 2020.
