Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii joins insolvency market

The law firm Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii informed about the establishment of TZA Insolventa SPRL, an entity to manage the company liquidation and insolvency projects.

The new limited liability company was registered at the National Union of Practitioners in Insolvency in Romania, on January 23, 2009, according to a press release issued by the law firm to Agerpres.

"Our intention was, starting last year, to establish a distinct entity to manage the current and future projects in the field of reorganization, liquidation and insolvency. Having already a well established practice and a consolidated team, our aim was to raise the visibility of our practitioners in this market, along with operating a distinction between Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii - law company and TZA Insolventa SPRL - our company for insolvency", according to Gabriel Zbarcea, managing partner at TZA.
