Dave Ulrich in Bucharest: ‘Strategic partnership during economic decline’

‘At our last conference in October, we discussed the way organizations and managers should react and manage HR matters in a context of deteriorating economic situation. I believe we can no make some pertinent assessments, as the past two or three months have given us many indications on how the Romanian market responds to an over-publicised phenomenon: the crisis', HR Club President Csaba Gergely explains.

The conference will look at the most important challenged to HR professionals in the current context of economic decline and of shrinkage of activity among most Romanian organisations. Some of the topics on the agenda are: talent management, the strategic role of the HR and of best practice in making HR management processes cost effective in a period of economic decline.
