MFP sold treasury bills worth 2 billion lei

The Finance Ministry (MFP) on Monday drew over 1.998 billion lei through a T-bill issue with discount, auctioned through the Cetral bank 9BNR).

The T-bills are folling due in one month and their average yield stands at 11.45 percent. Their rate of discount was of 11.34 percent.

The total value of the issue was of 1 billion lei, and the total demand from the 12 banks that attended the auction was of 2.74 billion lei.
