Romanian stocks slip at rising bell with the financial companies at the wheel

The five financial companies in Romania also known as SIF lost an average 1.38 percent at rising bell on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), the BET-FI index dropping to 8,190.21.

The other stocks dipped as well. The BET index of the ten best companies on the market lost 0.13 percent to 1,898.00 and the BET-C composite index measuring all listed shares without the SIFs dropped 0.14 percent to 1,243.18.

The ROTX index for trading blue chips in Vienna added 0.54 percent to 3,482.02.

The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks on the capital market decreased 0.55 percent to 175.47 and the BET-NG index of the ten power companies on the market fell 0.18 percent to 297.58.
