DTZ Echinox: 35.7 pc turnover growth in 2008

Revenues obtained by the department of evaluation showed a rise of 31.5 percent in 2008 from 2007. Last year, DTZ Echinox evaluated properties whose overall value exceeds three billion euros.

In 2008, the retail team boosted profits by 82.7 percent through renting more than 60,000 square meters. With a portfolio of more than 400,000 sq m of exclusive projects, the department offers assistance to some clients as Atrium Centers, Plaza Centers, Immoeast and Mega Company.
