BVB ends week by 2.37 pc higher

Stock quotations listed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) averagely grew by 2.37 percent, on Friday. The development is measured by the BET-C index, while the shares of the financial investments companies (SIF) grew by 2.77 percent (BET-FI index) The shares issued by 44 companies were traded on the BVB Regular market, and 31 of them registered higher quotations, eight stagnated and 5 plunged.
The BVB transactions amounted to 2.46 million euros (10.56 million lei) and the RASDAQ to 229,800 euros (983, 202 lei).The BET index reflecting the developments in the most liquid 10 listed stocks, grew by 3.90 percent, and the ROTX index went up by 2.65 percent The blue chip extended BET-XT grew by 3.47 percent and the BET-NG of the energy makers and dropped by 5.05 per cent.
Rompetrol's shares were the most liquid with trades worth 1.38 million lei, Banca Romana de Dezvoltare (BRD)'s - 1.29 million lei, Banca Transilvania's 735,325 lei, SIF 2 Moldova's transactions went to 694,130 lei and SNP's to 511,244 lei.
