The beaches to be given to hotel owners

As of this summer, the beaches alongside the Black Sea seaside will be shared among hotel owners, according to Antena 3 TV. Therefore, the tourists who go to the seaside will have their beach segment, depending on the hotel they are accommodated at.

The hotel owners on the seaside will have the possibility to make good use of beaches starting this season. Each hotel shall be given segments of beach, for use, depending on the numbers of rooms they have. The hotel owners will have to pay an annual fee to the beach administrator.

Radu Mazare, Mayor of Constanta Municipal, said that partnership contracts were envisaged with the owners of accommodation structures along the seaside. A minimum fee shall be paid, within this partnership, to cover the costs and expenditures incurred by the maintenance works of the beaches during seasons and off seasons, life guards, guard and medical assistance. According to Mazare, the local administration is not expecting profit from the leasing of beaches.

The locals shall have specially arranged places. There will be three ordinary beach areas in Mamaia, which will address to those who prefer to lay in the sun staying on blankets. The three beaches will be made available in Perla, Cazino and in north of the resort.
