Romania's stock market slips at rising bell, the power sector dips 1%

Indexes of Romania's core bourse, the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), eased up to 1 percent in the energy sector on opening today, on a general market decline of 0.3 percent.

The BET index of the ten best companies on the market fell 0.63 percent to 1,974.51 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares without financial companies lowered 0.28 percent to 1,289.40.

The BET-FI index tracking the five financial companies known as SIF lost 0.51 percent to 9,180.16 and the ROTX index for trading blue chips in Vienna decreased 0.54 percent to 3,663.43.

The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks on the capital market went down 0.54 percent to 187.21 and the BET-NG index of the ten power companies dropped 0.97 percent to 307.82.
