BVB opens high on Friday

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened high its trading session on Friday, with the general index of the market BET-C having seen a 2.3 percent growth, in the first 30 minutes since opening.

The BET-FI index of the Financial Investment Companies (SIF) has seen a 4.18 percent surge, while the main index BET, reflecting the evolution of the most liquid ten shares listed, has been on a 2.51 percent rise.

The ROTX index has climbed 4.16 percent, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT has surged 3.1 percent and the sectoral index for energy and utilities BET-NG has gone up to 2.24 percent.

The BVB liquidity reached 608,000 euros, with shares having been transferred on the BVB's RASDAQ market, in the first 30 minutes since opening, worth 6,400 euros. The most liquid shares were those of SIF2 Moldova, SIF5 Oltenia, SIF3 Transylvania and Petrom.
