SIFs grow by 3.74 pc on slightly dropping market

The quotations of the shares listed, on Friday, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) depreciated averagely by 0.10 percent, a development measured by the BET-C index, while the Financial Investments Companies (SIF) grew by 3.74 percent (BET-FI).
BVB Regular market traded the shares issued by 54 companies, 22 of them registered high quotations, seven stagnated and 25 went down.
BVB transactions amounted to 6.79 million euros (28.47 million lei) and to 310,591 euros on the RASDAQ over-the-counter market.
The BET index, mirroring the developments in the most liquid ten listed stocks, grew by 0.67 percent, while the ROTX went up by 1.59 percent. The BET-TX increased by 1.59 percent, whilst BET-NG of the energy suppliers and the utilities companies fell by 0.21 percent.
The most liquid shares were that of the Banca Romana pentru Dezvoltare (BRD) with transactions worth 7.76 million lei, Banca Transilvania - 3.76 million lei, SIF Moldova - 1.96 million lei and SIF5 Oltenia - 1.77 million lei.
