Romania’s first 10 successful employers designated

The companies identified as Best Employers in Romania have an employee involvement level of more than 76 p.c. These employees present their company in favourable words, are willing to stay in the firm for longer periods of time and go the extra mile to meet business goals. Out of the 2008/2009 Best Employer companies, in the SME category, there are three IT firms - Adobe ranks first, followed by Microsoft (4) and Neogen (5), a chemical company - Syngenta (also first, ex aequo with Adobe) and a law firm - Tuca, Zbarcea & Associates. In the big enterprise category, Romania's top five Best Employers are McDonald's (food & restaurants), Provident (finance), Henkel (consumer goods), Holcim (building materials) and Macromex (consumer goods distribution).
