"The property bet: A guidebook to intelligent property investment"

‘The property bet - A guidebook to intelligent property investment' - the first book on the challenges and opportunities of the Romanian real estate market - has been recently released at the Diverta Magheru store. The opening speakers at the event were Adrian Vasilescu - adviser to the Romanian Central Bank (BNR) governor and Dan Filip - editor-in-chief of the ‘Real Estate Magazine'.

Authored by Regatta President Eduard Uzunov and by Liviu Marcoci, ‘The property bet' was released by the Nemira Publishing House, intended as a useful guidebook for both current and future property owners.

The book gives them concrete advice on how to invest to maximize their resources and to add value to the residential property they already own or plan to buy. ‘We have tried to translate everyday experience into commonly understandable language and offer our readers the winning formula in the investing wager' said Eduard Uzunov.

‘Crises come and go. This particular crisis makes no exception. Even if it changes the world and makes us choose a different lifestyle, the free market will still play a fundamental role in the generation of wealth. And the property market is linked to the private property in the most natural way', said BNR governor's adviser Adrian Vasilescu who also attended the book launching ceremony.
