Slight corrections at rising bell on the BSE, financial sector slips 0.53%

The main indexes of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) suffered slight corrections in the first minutes of trading today, as the five financial companies posted a drop pf 0.53 percent, on a market standstill, with similar corrections on the stock markets in the U.S.

The BET index measuring the ten best companies on the bourse fell 0.36 percent to 3,596.02 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares without financial companies slipped 0.09 percent to 2,234.22.

The BET-FI index of the five financial companies known as SIF lost 0.53 percent to 18,209.07 and the ROTX index for trading blue chips in Vienna lowered 0.53 percent as well to 7,189.16.

The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks decreased 0.38 percent to 349.81 and the BET-NG index of the ten power companies went down 0.23 percent to 524.87.
