Arval and Renault, partnership regarding electrical vehicles

The car maker Renault - Nissan and the leasing company Arval enter a partnership regarding the hybrid cars, through which Renault-Nissan will develop until 2011 their own project regarding the electric vehicles, while the leasing company Arval will work out a complex offer of hybrid vehicles, reads a press release remitted yesterday to the media.

The international officials of Renault consider that the electric vehicles represent an important progress in the car technology, which will conduct to the significant decrease of the carbon emissions. This complex range of cars will be available since 2011. The teams of the two partners, Arval and Renault, will contribute to the quick development of some innovative offers in this segment. Concurrently with the launching of Renault eco 2, Renault shifts to a new stage announcing publicly its commitment for a new offer of ecological and economical vehicles. Renault's commitment in the direction of the ecological vehicles has already materialized in the appearance of the line Renault eco 2, which has a CO2 emission below 140 g/km, and may be used in a proportion of 95 per cent when it is out of action.
