Menatwork Group, active in construction industry, plans to develop an industrial park close to Bucharest on a 10 ha. surface, investment needing funds estimated at 10 million euros, the Group's CEO Monica Grafu is quoted as saying by Ziarul financiar daily.
'Currently we are in possession of 60,000 square meters and till this year-end we eye the acquisition of another 40,000 sq m', said Grafu, adding that to the extent the constructions are raised, the land turns 'productive'.
