Romania seems to have chances to get included with the TUI catalogues

Representatives of the famous German tour operator TUI appreciated there exist serious chances for Romania to get included with the TUI catalogues, one of the main tour operators worldwide, reads a release of the Romanian Ministry of Tourism.
Representatives of the German operator are currently paying visit, over July 13-15, to the Romanian seaside, on the Black Sea shore (southeastern Romania), answering to an invitation extended by the Romanian Tourism Minister Elena Udrea, who told them in Mamaia about the progressed Romania has recorded lately in this field.
Detllef Hohne, the general manager of TUI, stated that the measures taken by Romania recently, such as the elimination of the intermediaries in managing the beaches, forcing the accommodation units to stay open during the entire summer season, and banning the construction works during the season, were meant to improve the services and to help the market become more stable.
Elena Udrea assured Detllef Hohne of the Romanian Ministry being ready to cooperate so that to increase the notoriety of the domestic tourist destinations, as well as to identify solutions to introduce new direct flights between Germany and the Romanian seaside.
The TUI officials underlined the company is ready to conclude agreements for high quality services with the Romanian operators. After the discussions with the Ministry of Tourism, the TUI representatives on Tuesday are to meet the Romanian hotel owners.
