Resuming production at Azomures boosts share price by 12% on BSE, the market climbs 1.6%

Shares of fertilizer maker Azomures jumped 12 percent after the first half an hour on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), after the company announced it will resume activity at maximum capacity and will call to work all the employees sent home in technical unemployment.
The BET index of the ten best companies on the market advanced 1.43 percent to 3,464.47 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares without financial companies added 1.56 percent to 2,121.26.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies or SIF hiked 1.98 percent to 16,310.46 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna climbed 1.68 percent to 6,951.40.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks grew 1.52 percent to 329.21 and the BET-NG index reflecting the evolution of the power market rose 1.48 percent to 505.21.
European bourses closed mixed the previous session. The FTSE index in London idled at 4,246.41 and the Dax index in Frankfurt slipped 0.16 percent to 4,920.77. The CAC40 index in Paris inched 0.31 percent to 3,181.18.
Second bank by assets BRD SocGen (BRD) was the most traded stock today, following deals of 348,159 lei and soared 2.44 percent to 8.40 lei. Fifth lender by assets Banca Transilvania (TLV) idled at 1.09 lei, on deals of 52,673 lei.
Financial company SIF Moldova (SIF2) added 2.17 percent to 0.7050 lei and SIF Oltenia (SIF5) climbed 1.84 percent to 0.83 lei.
Shares of Azomures (AZO) boosted 11.86 percent to 0.2640 lei, on deals of 297,956 lei.
