Earth oil price to wave near $70 per barrel by year-end, head of Romania's No.1 company Petrom deems

Earth oil price could fluctuate within a small range by the end of the year, but speculative variations are not excluded, declared the general manager of Romania's largest oil company Petrom, Mariana Gheorghe.

She estimates the earth oil price will float between 70 and 75 U.S. dollars per barrel by year-end.

A barrel of petrol is currently bought for 68 dollars, following a 54 percent boost since the beginning of the year, as investors anticipated the fuel consumption of the world's largest economy would rally.

The quota of earth oil barrel to be delivered in October reached 68.51 dollars on the New-York market in the last session, up 46 cents.
