Over 85 companies to attend 9th edition of TNI fair

Over 85 companies will participate in the 9th edition of the National Real Estate Fair (TNI) that will be held in Bucharest over September 24-27.

The National Real Estate Fair (TNI) gathers for four days all the real estate and financial offers on the relevant market, villas, holiday houses, office buildings and over 300 apartments included in the 'Forts home' governmental programme.

Developers, real estate agencies, financial and banking institutions will provide concrete and instant solutions with a view to the rapid conclusion of possible sell/buy contracts.Besides the offers of Bucharest, visitors might buy offers on Prahova Valley and at the seaside or might simply buy a holiday house in Bulgaria.

BDOBC Business Center and the International Conference Center (CIC) organize the National Real Estate fair.

Many developers are decided to reconfigure the offer compared to the real possibilities of buyers (areas, finishing, facilities). Direct negotiation between constructor and buyer will lead to a rearrangement of the prices, major discounts during the fair (up to 20-30 percent), bonuses under the form of parking lots, furniture, cars, VAT reduction, developers estimate.

At the beginning of the new university year demands for rent are on the rise, therefore the companies present at the fair have decided to come with offers especially destined for this segment. Owners have cut down prices between 10 and 40 percent the rents of dwellings compared to the summer period, which shows that on the rental market prices are following a downward trend.
