FinMin: Eurobond issue just finance raising diversification

The planned EUR 1 bln eurobond issue represents just a normal need for financing of the Romanian state, there is nothing special about it, Finance Minister Sebastian Vladescu declared on Wednesday during parliamentary debates on the budget.
'We will place on the market 1 billion euro worth of eurobonds because we need financing sources, this is just a diversification of sources, nothing special. We have so far raised hundreds of millions of euros from the domestic market, now we turn to the foreign market as well,' said the Finance Minister.
