SIF Oltenia acquired a stake of 0.9% in Electromagnetica

According to a media release, SIF Oltenia (SIF5) acquired on January 26 a stake of 0.9% in the power trader and electrical equipment producer Electromagnetica (ELMA).
This way SIF5 increased its stake in ELMA to 11.1%. SIF5 bought 3 mn shares at an average price per share of RON 0.42, in line with the closing price of the previous day. Total acquisition value reached RON 1.2 mn.
