Best company managers in Romania are those of Coca Cola, ING Life Insurance and Tuborg

alin Dragan (Coca Cola HBC Romania), Cornelia Coman (ING Life Insurance), Shachar Shaine (Tuborg Romania) and Wargha Enayati (Unirea Medical Center) were designated as the best managers of 2009, on the occasion of an event organized by HR Club, the human resources professional association in Romania.

'The selection criteria for designating the best CEOs or general managers were personal involvement in the implementation of some HR projects, together with the HR manager. At the same time, the company financial performance was examined as reported to the market', said Ruxandra Stoian, PwC Romania partner and director of human resources consultancy services, also one of the seven members of the HR Club jury, quoted by Ziarul financiar daily.

On the occasion of the Excelenta HR Club Gala, alongside the general managers, the best HR projects and the best line managers of the year were also awarded. The best HR projects were run by Coca Cola Co., with a project of consolidation of the employer brand in 2009 and Honeywell Life Safety Romania Co., for a leaders coaching programme. Coca Cola invested last year 600,000 euros in training and organizational development programmes.

The line managers actively involved in 2009 into the team's cohesion were Paula Geza, manager of the Commercial South Group with Unicredit Tiriac Bank and Iulia Rosian, Chief Operating Officer with Sandoz Romania.

HR Club, with more than 370 members, organized the award gala in Excelenta in 2009, as well.
