SIF OItenia increases stake in Electromagnetica

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) announced that it acquired 3 mn shares or a 0.9% stake in Electromagnetica (ELMA) from the open market.
The transaction took place at RON 0.44 per share and amounted to RON 1.3 mn. Following last two weeks acquisitions, SIF5 increased its stake in ELMA to roughly 12% from 10.2%.
