SIFs - Update on ownership threshold

The Economic Policies Committee, belonging to the Chamber of Deputies, rebuffed the legislative proposal to increase the ownership limit in SIFs from 1% to 5%.
Going forward, the proposal passes to the Budget and Finance Committee and, with the amendments proposed by it, moves on to be voted by the Chamber of Deputies. We believe that the market was expecting the proposal to be approved, thus we could see a negative reaction to the news in the short run.
