SIF Banat-Crisana net profit up by 17.5 percent in 2009

The Financial Investment Company Banat-Crisana in 2009 obtained a net profit amounting to 112.18 million lei (around 26.3 million euros), by 17.5 percent higher than in 2008, according to the company's preliminary results sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The total revenues of SIF Banat-Crisana in 2009 were 180.5 million lei, up by 45 percent compared with 2008.

The company's total expenditures amounted to 62 million lei at the end of 2009, according to the preliminary results, compared with the amount of 27.8 million lei recorded at the end of 2008.

SIF Banat-Crisana in 2009 registered total debts of 72.65 million lei, and the provisions totalled 56 million lei.

The Financial Investment Company also reported current assets of 137.3 million lei.
