SIF Muntenia to pay a dividend of RON 0.04 per share

SIF Muntenia (SIF4) has called a GSM for April 29 (30), 2010 so that the shareholders could approve the 2009 financial statements and the 2010 budget.
Moreover, SIF4 is proposing the payment of a dividend of RON 0.04 per share out of the 2009 net profit. The dividend is equal in nominal terms with the one paid from the 2008 net profit and corresponds to a pay-out ratio of 39.3%. The ex-div. date was set for May 13, 2010.
