SIF Banat Crisana is planning to pay a dividend of RON 0.05 per share

Moreover, the shareholders are asked to validate three new provisory Board members, namely the representatives of the group of investors gathered around Banca Transilvania. SIF1 is also proposing the payment of a dividend of RON 0.05 per share which corresponds to a pay-out of 24.4%. The 2009 dividend compares favourably with the one paid from the 2008 profit which stood at RON 0.03 per share. The ex-div. date was set for May 14, 2010.
