Rompetrol Well Services – new topics on next GSM agenda

Following a request from a group of seven minority shareholders, Rompetrol Well Services (PTR) Board added on the next GSM agenda new points: (i) the election of Board members through cumulative votes and (ii) disclosure of all transactions between PTR and other entities from The Rompetrol Group.
The group of minority shareholders is formed of local and foreign investment funds that own a stake larger of 10%. The next shareholders meeting will take place on April 27, 2010.
