Banca Carpatica share capital increase

Banca Carpatica (BCC) held a Shareholders Meeting on March 13. Among other issues, the shareholders approved a cash share capital increase of RON 62.25 mn, which is a lower amount than initially proposed (RON 103.4 mn).
Each shareholder registered as of March 29 will be able to subscribe 27.2935 new shares for every 100 shares owned. The subscription price is set at RON 0.1 per share, while the shareholders will be able to underwrite the new shares between April 5 and May 21. The shares that will remain unsubscribed will be canceled.
