Romania's leu drops insignificantly, to a reference exchange rate of 4.0908 lei/euro

Romania's central lender BNR posted a reference exchange rate of 4.0908 lei per euro, 0.02 percent up from the previous session, as the national currency waved within a small range, slightly above the 4.09 threshold.
For the U.S. dollar, BNR's reference level added 0.25 percent to 2.9895 lei per dollar.
BNR posted an average interbank bid rate (ROBID) of 2.71 percent a year, up from 2.70 percent in the previous session, and an interbank offer rate for overnight deposits (ROBOR) of 3.21 percent, above the previous 3.20 percent.
