SIF Moldova is planning to pay a dividend of RON 0.06 per share

SIF Moldova (SIF2) called an annual GSM for April 29 (30), 2010 and announced its intentions regarding dividend payment. The shareholders will have the possibility to vote among other issues on the approval of the 2009 financial statements and the 2010 budget.
Moreover, SIF2 is proposing the payment of a gross dividend of RON 0.06 per share (+33.3% yoy) out of the 2009 net profit which corresponds to a pay-out ratio of 30.8%. SIF2 will start dividends payment from September 1, 2010. The ex-div. date was set for May 13, 2010.
We view the news as neutral as the proposed dividend is roughly in line with other SIFs proposed dividends.
