The main index on BSE jumps 2% at closing bell, reaching this year's maximum level

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) closed session in strong advance, the ten most liquid stocks hiking 2 percent, while the five financial companies known as SIF rose 2.4 percent, in line with the external markets.
Liquidity amounted to 31.5 million lei at day-end, versus 20.21 million lei in the previous session.
The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE added 1.97 percent to 5,983.36 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies soared 1.86 percent to 3,452.75.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies SIF climbed 2.38 percent to 32,250.78 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna grew 2 percent to 11,809.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies gained 2.02 percent to 589.10 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market jumped 2.10 percent to 804.92.
Shares of SIF Oltenia (SIF5) hiked 2.26 percent to 1.81 lei and those of SIF Moldova (SIF2) won 2.72 percent to 1.51 lei.
On the banking sector, Banca Transilvania (TLV) nudged up 2.18 percent to 2.34 lei, while BRD SocGen (BRD) increased 1.31 percent to 15.50 lei.
