BET Index new composition

The new composition of the BET index has been made public, after the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) Indices Committee decided on March 25 the exclusion of Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC), which had a weight of 14% in the index.
The decision came as The Rompetrol Group (TRG) succeeded to acquire during the MPTO more than 95% in RRC, allowing it to delist the company. The new comer in the index is the industrial contractor Condmag (COMI). The new structure of the index, effective as of April 1, is as follows: Azomures (1.3%), Biofarm (6.2%), BRD-GSG (19.3%), Broker Cluj (2.3%), Condmag (3.8%), OMV Petrom (19.5%), Transelectrica (8.7%), Transgaz (17.2%), Banca Transilvania (19.9%) and Dafora (1.9%).
