Aerostar establishes partnership with Textron

Aerostar will produce and assemble the vehicles on expertise provided by Textron. The vehicles will be used for the modernization of the Romanian Army Land Forces. Traditionally an aircraft RMO services and aircraft parts producer, Aerostar aims through this partnership to consolidate a new business line – armored vehicles after orders from the Romanian Defense Ministry (MApN) dropped significantly in the last year and as a result 61% of ARS sales were generated by exports.
