Banca Transilvania Minority shareholders request election of the Board through cumulative votes

Banca Transilvania (TLV) has announced that several minority shareholders requested the election of the Board through cumulative votes at the upcoming GSM.

Therefore, the shareholders will initially have the possibility of voting between the two methods: the classical way and through cumulative votes. The cumulative votes makes easier for minority shareholders to appoint one of the seven Board members.
