Banca Transilvania’s ex-dividend date

We remind investors that according to the resolutions of Banca Transilvania's (TLV) last EGSM, today is the ex-dividend date.
Based on yesterday's closing price we compute an adjustment factor of 1.2875 and a theoretical value of the pre-emptive right of RON 0.06. Therefore, our TP for TLV shares is now RON 1.93.
