Two new industrial parks in Cluj County

CJ Cluj president Alin Tise announced on Tuesday, May 18, in a press conference, that the two industrial parks locations were established, in Feleacu commune, close to Valcele - Apahida ring road of Cluj-Napoca municipality.

The first of the future parks will have 100 hectares and the other some 85 hectares.

Alin Tise explained that the logistics and SMEs park will cost 11 million euros, of which CJ Cluj will come up with half, whereas 50 percent would be provided by the Regional Operational Programme. He added that the investment into the solar panels park is up to some 50 million euros, money drawn based on a series of partnerships with foreign investors and that negotiations were launched to this end.

Alin Tise also said that, at present, the technical studies are conducted and by this year-end the projects will be concluded and submitted for the approval of the respective funds.

There are three industrial parks in Cluj County, investors as Nokia and Emerson opening plants in two of them.
