Banca Carpatica share capital increase results

Banca Capatica (BCC) said that between April 5 and May 21 its shareholders underwrote 81.7% of the shares issued in the recent share capital increase.
Thus, BCC raised RON 50.9 mn from its shareholders. The funds will be used to better position the in front of macroeconomic and systemic shocks and to sustain ongoing businesses.
