In an interview to a local newspaper, Mr. Vescan, the majority shareholder of oil and gas equipment producer Armax Gaz (ARAX) said that ARAX intends to take under concession oil fields in Western Romania.
In the recent GSM, ARAX shareholders approved several partnership contracts for exploitation, production and selling of natural gas worth some EUR 20 mn. The company will spend EUR 8 mn for the field licenses and equipment.
